Remove Facebook access

Open Apps and websites in your Facebook settings, select DatumForms, and choose Remove. This revokes the connection through Facebook.

Request removal of stored connection data

Email info@datumforms.com from the email address registered with your DatumForms account. Use the subject Remove my Facebook connection data and explain that you want the Facebook connection and its stored profile information removed.

We will confirm account ownership before processing the request. Removing access in Facebook does not by itself delete connection information already stored by DatumForms.
