Who can join the research panel?

Adults aged 18 or over who live in Ghana. Membership is voluntary.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Creating an account and joining the panel are free.

How do I get invited to surveys?

After you complete your profile, you can choose surveys that match it. You can also ask us to email you invitations that match your profile, and turn those emails off at any time.

You earn rewards for valid, accepted survey responses, and points as you build your profile. Points move you up the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers; they are not cash. Rewards are recorded in your account. Payouts are not available yet.

Who sees my profile answers?

Your profiling answers are used to match you with research. Companies that run surveys see how many people match their audience, not your private profile details. If a survey links your answers to your account, it will tell you before you start.

Yes. You can pause invitations or leave the panel at any time from your panel page.

Points and tiers

As you take part, you collect points and move up the panel tiers. Joining, profile and social-account points are awarded once:

Join the panel: +10 points
Complete your profile: +30 points
Connect a verified social account: +20 points each
Each valid, accepted survey: +10 points

Tiers start at Bronze (0 points), then Silver (40) and Gold (80).

Your privacy

Your profiling answers are self-reported and used only to match you with suitable research. Researchers see how many people match their audience, never your private profile. You decide which surveys to answer, and each survey explains how your answers are used. Read our privacy policy for details.

Joining does not guarantee invitations or earnings. Opportunities depend on available studies and their audience requirements.

How do rewards work?

Valid, accepted survey responses can earn rewards under each opportunity's terms. Payout setup is not currently available: recorded rewards cannot yet be withdrawn or donated.

Can I stop participating?

Yes. You can change invitation preferences, pause participation or leave the panel from your membership page.
